Announcement: an auction for the privatization of premises in the Ternopil region has been announced

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization premises with a total area of 561.5 m² in the Ternopil region. The auction is planned in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

Auction date — March 27.

Acceptance of applications until March 26, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 3,194,986 excluding VAT.

Address: Ternopil region, Chortkiv district, Borshchiv, 11 Sichovykh Striltsiv St.

The privatization object is a two-story brick building built in 1980, which has a total area of 561.5 m². The structure is equipped with a stable slate roof and, thanks to its structural features and significant dimensions, is a promising object for the implementation of various investment projects.

As of 04.03.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
