"Nauka" recreation center – at a privatization auction

The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of the "Nauka" recreation center in the Odesa region. The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

Auction date — March 31.

Acceptance of applications until March 30, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 204,419 excluding VAT.

Location: Odesa region, Sychavka village, 13 bldg. Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk highway, 53 km.

The "Nauka" recreation center is located between the city of Yuzhne and the village of Kobleve on the Black Sea coast, having access to the beach. Nearby are boarding houses, shops, public transport stops, and highways providing convenient transport links. The location is suitable for the development of recreational and tourism business. The territory is fenced. The recreation center is equipped with its own electrical substation.

The real estate object includes buildings (912.13 m²), namely:

22 wooden houses (for vacationers, maintenance staff, administration, and a conference hall);

3 wooden houses for storage;

2 outhouses, shower rooms;

parking lot for cars (unpaved, fenced);

garbage area, fire tanks, industrial water tank, drinking water reservoir, and a transformer substation.

The buildings are located on a separate fenced site, provided with access roads with a hard asphalt concrete surface for motor vehicles.

The privatization object also includes movable property (used beds, tables, chairs, air conditioners, refrigerators).

The "Nauka" recreation center has not been used for its intended purpose for over three years.

As of 26.02.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
