Announcement: an auction for the privatization of a complex of buildings in the Rivne region has been announced

The State Property Fund OF uKRAINE has put up for privatization a complex of buildings with a total area of 509.4 m² in the Rivne region. The auction is planned in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

Auction date — April 3.

Acceptance of applications until April 4, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 1,311,705 excluding VAT.

Address: Rivne region, Rafalivka urban-type settlement, 3/1; 3/2; 3/3; 3/4 Knyahyni Olhy St.

The privatization object is buildings with a total area of 509.4 m²: warehouse (134 m²); confectionery workshop (63.2 m²); meat processing workshop (28.2 m²); canteen with a basement (284 m²).

The structure has stone foundations, brick walls, and a slate roof. Most of the structures are unheated warehouses and workshops with wooden floors and cement flooring, while the canteen building is fully equipped with utility networks and has reinforced concrete floors.

This is a promising object for business relocation, creating a production base, or a logistics hub.

As of 01.03.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
