Over UAH 233,000 – the result of last wee`s online auctions for the lease of state property

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 17 auctions for the conclusion of lease agreements for state property, 13 of which took place for the amount of UAH 233,586.

The total value of the assets increased 9.1 times from the initial value.

In total, 36 participants took part in the bidding.

The most expensive lot of the week – non-residential premises (435.4 m²) in the city of Kyiv. The lease cost is UAH 60,000 per month.

Also, 10 auctions were held to extend existing lease agreements for the amount of UAH 104,574.

Next, we are working on concluding the agreements and waiting for the payment for the lease of real estate, which will go to the state budget, and therefore – to support the Security and Defense Forces.

This week, we plan to hold 19 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease agreements and 27 auctions for the extension of state property lease agreements.

Fund`s team is working to ensure that there are more and more successful auctions. After all, all these funds strengthen the economy and defense capability of our country.
