UAH 143.3 million: Results of Privatization Auctions Last Week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 9 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, with the total value of winning bids amounting to UAH 143.3 million. On average, the price increased 101 times. In total, 34 participants competed in the auctions.

The most expensive asset last week was the Property Complex of SOE “Scientific Breeding and Genetic Center for Fish Farming” in Kyiv. As a result of the auction, with the participation of 13 bidders, the price increased from the starting UAH 101,385 to the final UAH 137,777,777. The second most valuable asset was the recreation center “Nauka” in Odesa region, where 12 participants competed for ownership. Such competition during the auction increased the price from the starting UAH 204,419 to the final UAH 4,155,567.

This week, the SPFU team plans to conduct 30 online privatization auctions.

Among the offers are such assets as: premises of a former dental clinic with a total area of 353.8 m², premises with a total area of 561.5 m², part of a building complex with a total area of 1,228.2 m², a cardboard box workshop with a total area of 680 m², and others.
