UNFINISHED BUILDING OF THE THERAPEUTIC CORPS ON THE PRIVATIZATION AUCTION

The team of the State Property Fund announced an online auction for the privatization of an unfinished construction of a therapeutic building for 60 beds in Mykolaiv region. The auction will take place in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Submission deadline 15 April 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 1 004 200  without VAT.

Location of the property: Mykolaiv region, Nova Odesa, Shkilna St., 38, bldg. A

The property is located within the city of Nova Odesa, providing convenient access for both local residents and nearby communities. Major transportation routes pass nearby, ensuring good logistics and easy access.

The object of the unfinished construction is a three-storey building with an area of 2 392 m², designed for a medical center for 60 beds. The object has a high degree of readiness: the brick box on the prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation is completely erected, the interfloor overlapping is installed and the roof is mounted. The presence of a spacious basement allows to equip a shelter or technological areas.

As of 31.10.2025, the estimated percentage of readiness is 37.5%. Construction works on the site are suspended.

The privatization object is located on a land plot of 0.2087 hectares.
