The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of the state share in the amount of 23.86% in the authorized capital of the collective enterprise "Ratne Interfarm Specialized Forestry Enterprise". The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

Auction date — April 16.

Application deadline — April 15, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 127,301.

Location: Volyn region, Kovel district, Ratne settlement, 26-A Zabolottivska St.

The strategic location of the facility near the international highway M19 (E85) provides it with high liquidity and exceptional potential for the development of a logistics or manufacturing business due to heavy transit traffic and convenient infrastructure.

The main type of economic activity is sawmilling and planing of wood.

The main product range (works, services): edged pine lumber; wood waste: lump waste (trimmings), sawdust; services for sawing round timber, including for export: edged pine lumber.

The facility includes 12 real estate units (production, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 2,832.2 sq. m.

The facility is located on 2 land plots with a total area of 3.2434 hectares.

Information on lease agreements: as of February 28, 2026, a part of the enterprise's real estate with a total area of 227.8 sq. m. has been leased out under 2 agreements. The maximum validity period of the existing lease agreements is until December 31, 2026.
