Land Bank: Results for the First Quarter of 2026
Farmers have already paid over UAH 557 million for the second year of using state-owned agricultural land in 2026.
At the same time, active work continues on the subleasing of state-owned land through open online auctions.
For the first quarter of 2026:
- auctions were announced for 10,295 hectares in 14 regions;
- auctions were held for 4,308 hectares;
- 1,400 hectares were transferred for use;
- UAH 17.4 million (including VAT) was paid—the annual sublease fee;
- average cost—UAH 12,400/ha.
A separate focus of the State Land Bank is land use control and monitoring: 94 plots (over 5,000 ha) were inspected through on-site visits.
Key event of the quarter – unblocking of state-owned land in the Odesa region: the seizure of 81 land plots (over 5,400 ha) has been lifted, and they have been re-registered under the state operator of the Land Bank.
The Land Bank’s interactive map has been updated—it is now even more user-friendly on mobile devices and contains even more up-to-date information about plots available for sublease.
In total, since the project’s launch, 69,640 hectares of state-owned agricultural land have been transferred for transparent use. And farmers have paid over 1.34 billion UAH in annual sublease fees, which will consistently contribute to the state budget.
LandBank proves: transparent management of state-owned land yields concrete results—in numbers, in farmers’ trust, and in budget revenues.
