Announcement: Forestry office up for privatization auction

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of a forestry office with a total area of 364.7 sq. m. in the Khmelnytskyi region. The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

Auction date — April 17.

Application deadline — April 16, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH  1,210,957 excluding VAT.

Location: Khmelnytskyi region, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Nova Ushytsia settlement, quarter 1, stand 14.

Offered for privatization is a solid two-story building with a total area of 364.7 sq. m. — a former forestry office. This is a sturdy structure on a stone foundation with brick walls decorated with ceramic tiles, and reliable reinforced concrete floors.

The facility features a functional office layout, a spacious basement, connected electricity supply, and autonomous heating. Thanks to its reliable 1975 construction, the building is an ideal base for renovation into a modern office center or another commercial institution.

As of March 18, 2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
