Kyiv Region: Non-Residential Building Up for Privatization

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a non-residential building with a total area of 474.30 m², which was not included in the authorized capital of OJSC “Dzvinkove Breeding Plant” in the Kyiv Region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

The auction is scheduled for April 21, 2026.

Applications for participation will be accepted until April 20, 8:00 PM.

Starting price: UAH 1,433,000 excluding VAT. 

Location: Kyiv Oblast, Vasylkiv Raion, village of Plesetske, 20-b Varovychka St.

The non-residential building is located near private non-residential buildings, commercial buildings, and agricultural land. Access to the property is via paved roads. 

The privatization object is a separate single-story cafeteria building with a total area of 474.3 m² and four independent entrances: two on the front, one on the side, and one at the rear. Thanks to its open space and convenient logistics, the premises can easily be adapted to any commercial need: a modern office, retail space, or service center.

The building features a solid structure: brick walls and partitions built on a sturdy concrete foundation, complemented by reinforced concrete floors, a slate roof, and a combination of tile, linoleum, and concrete flooring. The premises are fully equipped with basic utilities: electricity, water supply, and a sewer system are connected.
