Sanctioned assets should benefit the state: State Property Fund prepares Taisiya Povaliys home for sale
Dmytro Natalukha, head of the State Property Fund, inspected the sanctioned property—a residential building and land plot that belonged to an individual subject to sanctions pursuant to a ruling by the High Anti-Corruption Court. Thus, the State Property Fund has begun the process of preparing for the sale of singer Taisiya Povaliy’s house, which was seized as state revenue, along with the land plot beneath it.
The list of assets includes:
- a residential house with an area of 442.8 m²
- a land plot adjacent to a forest with an area of 0.0838 ha
- Kyiv region, village of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka
-
The property was transferred to the Fund’s management at the end of 2025: specifically, the building in December and the land plot in the fall. Previously, it had been impossible to inspect the property due to the lack of state-registered ownership rights. After overcoming numerous obstacles, the Fund was able to begin preparing the asset for sale.
Next steps:
▪️ inspection of the asset
▪️ selection of an appraisal entity (AE) through a competitive process
▪️ conducting an independent appraisal and its review
▪️ forming a package (building + land plot) for sale
▪️ establishing an auction commission and approving the terms of sale
▪️ sale via an electronic auction on the Prozorro.Sales platform
Sale via the Prozorro.Sales electronic system—open, transparent, and competitive, benefiting the state. This is one example of how the state establishes control over assets linked to sanctioned individuals and transforms them into a resource for the economy and the country’s recovery.
Each such asset is:
- a tool for restoring justice;
- a signal to the market about the inevitability of consequences for those who support aggression;
- revenue for the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
The assets of traitors must work toward the recovery of our country.
Let’s keep working!
