Three auctions have been announced for the sale of unfinished construction projects—residential buildings located in Sumy Region. The auctions will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform. The properties are located in the village of Bereznyaky, Sumy Oblast, at the following addresses: Novoselivka Street, buildings 3, 5, and 11.
Auction – April 24
Bids must be submitted by April 23, 8:00 PM.
Residential building No. 1 (85.7 m²) – a single-story unfinished structure (57% complete), built in 1993–1994. The building has a concrete block foundation, gypsum block walls clad with brick, and a slate roof on wooden beams.

Residential Building No. 2 (85.3 m²) – a single-story unfinished structure (57% complete) with walls made of gypsum blocks clad in brick, built on a foundation of concrete blocks. The building has brick partitions, a wooden beam ceiling, and a slate roof; however, windows, doors, flooring, and interior finishes are completely absent.

Only the main structures and interior partitions have been erected in the building, with no flooring, windows, doors, utilities, or finishes.
