UAH 2.5 million (+ UAH 490,000 VAT) — the result of the online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of SOE Dnister Fish Hatchery

An online auction was held for the privatization of the Property Complex of SOE Dnister Fish Hatchery, located in the Odesa region. The bidding took place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Five participants competed for the lot. Due to high competition, the price increased tenfold: from the starting price of UAH 241,475 to the winning bid of UAH 2,451,000. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 490,200, so the total economic effect may amount to UAH 2,941,200 .

Upon full payment of the lot’s price, including VAT, the new owner acquires ownership of a property complex with a total area of 391.2 m². The privatization object comprises eight real estate units and structures, including an incubation facility (269.3 m²), an office building (71.5 m²), a pump house (50.4 m²), as well as auxiliary facilities: a retaining dam, a well, an external canal, a transformer, and a gate.
