The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the State package of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of JSC “Kharkiv Elek­trotech­nikal Plant ‘Transsvyaz’”, located in Kharkiv. The auction is planned in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

The privatization object includes:

 

34 production buildings with a total area of 36 027,5 m²;

 

106 additional facilities, including engineering networks, communications and internal roads

 

24 units of vehicles (special equipment, trucks and cars) of 1974-2002 years of release.

 

This is a huge volume of industrial space with ready infrastructure, which opens up opportunities for the deployment of any production or logistics!

 

The Company has assets that are not included in the authorized capital and are not subject to privatization, namely: LMC warehouse and 3 residential buildings.

 

The privatization object is located on a land plot of 8.5224 hectares.

 

As of 16.03.2026, part of the Company's real estate was leased under 33 lease agreements.

 

Under the terms of the sale of the object, the buyer is obliged within six months from the date of transfer of ownership to ensure the repayment of wage arrears and arrears to the budget and to prevent the dismissal of employees at the initiative of the buyer or an authorized body.
