UAH 12.4 million : results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held 4 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system, as a result of which the total amount of winning bids is UAH 12.4 million. In total, 13 participants competed in the auctions.

The most expensive object of the past week was a complex of buildings and structures with property in the Dnipropetrovsk region with the participation of 6 participants, the price rose from the starting - 50 789 hryvnias, to the final - UAH 11 377 000. The second most expensive object was a dining room with a total area of 474.30 m² in the Kyiv region, the winning bid - UAH 725 705.

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold the 33rd online auction.

Among the proposals are such objects as: non-residential building (3328.6 m²) (Kharkiv), non-residential buildings and structures with property (Khmelnytskyi region), industrial buildings (1289 m²) (Volyn region), Unified property complex “Hnizdychiv State Distillery” (Lviv region), object of unfinished construction (545.2 m²) (Cherkasy region)  and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SPFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, objects of unfinished construction  etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose with the most successful location for your business!
