Announcement: Privatization of an Unfinished Construction Project—a Paramedic and Midwifery Station

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of an unfinished construction project—a paramedic and midwifery station in the village of Borivtsi, Chernivtsi region. The auction will take place on the Prozorro.Sales electronic trading platform.

Auction date: May 14 

Applications for participation will be accepted until May 13, 8:00 PM

Starting price: UAH 594,122  excluding VAT 

Location: Chernivtsi region, Chernivtsi district, village of Borivtsi, 77a Holovna St.

The property is an unfinished construction project (46% complete)—a two-story brick building with a basement, built in 1988. The property, with a total construction volume of 2,275 cubic meters, has a completed foundation, walls, floors, and roof. Utility lines have not yet been connected at this stage, and interior work and utilities are absent, allowing the new owner to freely plan the interior space and technical equipment. 

The unfinished construction—a paramedic and midwifery station—is located in the center of the village, next to the local kindergarten and the village council.

The land plot on which the privatization object is located covers 0.0663 hectares.
