The Property Complex of the SOE “Zarubinsky Distillery” at a Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of the SOE “Zarubinsky Distillery” The auction will be held on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Applications for participation must be submitted by May 13 at 8:00 p.m. 

Starting price – UAH 147,664,622, excluding VAT.

Address: Ternopil region, Zbarazh district, Zarubyntsi village. 

The Zarubyntsi Distillery is located in the village of Zarubyntsi in the Ternopil region, which has a favorable geographical location for production development. Regional highways run nearby, providing convenient transportation links.

The main product range includes: ethyl alcohol and other denatured alcohols of any concentration, including those used as fuel or as a component for fuel production (bioethanol, etc.).

Information about the property:

49 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (production, warehouse, and administrative buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 27,256.9 m²;

27 vehicles and specialized equipment;

637 units of movable property;

4 land plots with a total area of 23.5952 hectares.

The company’s balance sheet also includes 4 assets not subject to privatization (3 residential buildings and the gasification system in the village of Oprylivtsi).
