Announcement: Industrial Buildings Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization industrial buildings with a total area of 527.3 m² in Volyn. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction date: May 19

Applications for participation will be accepted until May 18, 8:00 PM 

Starting price: UAH 1,346,809 excluding VAT.

Location: Volyn region, Lutsk district, Kivertsi, 7a Filatova St.

The privatization object includes a main potato storage building constructed in 1988 (172.9 m²) and a pigsty building constructed in 1979 (354.4 m²). Both single-story structures were built using reliable construction methods—with brick walls on concrete foundations and concrete floors, ensuring the structural integrity of the buildings. 

Despite the need for renovation work, the property has high investment potential thanks to its functional layout and reinforced concrete floors in some of the rooms, making them suitable for conversion into storage or agricultural facilities. 

The balance holder is the State Specialized Economic Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine.”
