UAH 7 million: Results of last week`s privatization auctions

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 14 privatization auctions on the Prozorro.Sales platform, totaling UAH 7 million. A total of 28 bidders participated in the auctions. 

The most expensive asset last week was the Gnyzdychiv State Distillery in Lviv Oblast, which sold for UAH 3.7 million. The second most expensive asset was a non-residential building (198.7 m²) in Kharkiv Oblast.  The price rose from the starting bid of 558,000 hryvnias to the final bid of UAH 1,250,009.

This week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) team plans to hold 35 online privatization auctions. 

The offerings include the following properties: theProperty Complex of SOE “Nepolokivtsi Grain Processing Plant” (Chernivtsi region) and the Property Complex of the SOE "Zarubyntsi Alcohol Plant"  (Ternopil region), a non-residential building with an area of 3,328.6 m² (Kharkiv), a 50% + 1 share state-owned stake in JSC “Ukrnaftoprodukt” (Kyiv), a 100.00% state-owned stake in JSC “Kharkiv Electrical Engineering Plant ‘Transzvyazok’” (Kharkiv), and others. 

Additionally, the State Property Fund of Ukraine’s investment portfolio includes offers for small and medium-sized businesses, such as non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, and construction-in-progress projects, among others.
