NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS OF POTASSIUM CHLORIDE

Pursuant to the ruling of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine dated 9 April 2025, as upheld by the Appeals Chamber of the High AntiCorruption Court on 30 April 2025 in Case No. 991/2148/25, certain assets have been transferred to state ownership, including potassium chloride as specified below. Assets Available for Purchase

1. Pink Potassium Chloride – Rail Wagons Quantity: 281.9 metric tonnes Pink potassium chloride currently loaded in four railway hopper cars numbered: 90431297 90489691 90392697 90400797 The railcars sustained damage as a result of shelling. Location: LLC MSP Nika-Tera 23 Aivazovskoho Street Mykolaiv, Ukraine

2. Potassium Chloride – Warehouse Storage Quantity: 13,639.804 metric tonnes Potassium chloride stored in Warehouse No. 5. Location: LLC MSP Nika-Tera 23 Aivazovskoho Street Mykolaiv, Ukraine

3. Pink Potassium Chloride – MV ALBY LIBERTY Quantity: 36,685.628 metric tonnes Pink potassium chloride currently loaded on board the bulk carrier ALBY LIBERTY, berthed at the potash terminal within the port waters of LLC MSP Nika-Tera. Location: LLC MSP Nika-Tera 23 Aivazovskoho Street Mykolaiv, Ukraine Customs clearance point: Olvia Customs Post Mykolaiv Customs Office, State Customs Service of Ukraine

4. Pink Potassium Chloride – MV ITHACA PROSPECT Quantity: 28,851 metric tonnes Pink potassium chloride currently loaded on board the bulk carrier ITHACA PROSPECT, berthed at the potash terminal within the port waters of LLC MSP Nika-Tera. Location: LLC MSP Nika-Tera 23 Aivazovskoho Street Mykolaiv, Ukraine Customs clearance point: Olvia Customs Post Mykolaiv Customs Office, State Customs Service of Ukraine 

Invitation for Expressions of Interest The State Property Fund of Ukraine is currently reviewing options for the sale of the above assets in accordance with the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
