The State Property Fund has put up for privatization an unfinished production facility — a complex for the production of perlite raw material with a total building area of 3,196.9 sq. m. in the Zakarpattia region. The auction is scheduled in the "Prozorro.Sale" system.

About the Property:

The facility is located in the village of Muzhievo near the international highway M23 (Berehove — Vynohradiv — Velyka Kopania), which ensures convenient transport connections and creates prospects for investment. The space can be used, in particular, for warehouse premises or business relocation. A post office, a school, and commercial establishments are located nearby.

The privatization object is represented by a complex that includes:

  • grinding and settling department (1,078.0 sq. m.);

  • transformer substation (74.3 sq. m.);

  • slag storage (1,119.2 sq. m.);

  • drying department (208.0 sq. m.);

  • warehouse (323.0 sq. m.);

  • water treatment building (34.6 sq. m.);

  • compressor room (178.6 sq. m.).

The privatization object is located on the territory of PrJSC "Berehivskyi Quarry" and occupies three separate land plots: 1.8159 hectares under the main buildings, 0.0322 hectares under the boiler house, and 0.0025 hectares under the water treatment building.
