Pursuant to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated September 25, 2024, upheld by the ruling of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated October 25, 2024, in Case No. 991/6018/24, the following assets were confiscated and transferred to state ownership:

 

Iron ore briquettes in the amount of 50,148.716 metric tons, produced and shipped by JSC Lebedinsky GOK, currently stored on the premises of SE “Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port” at: 13 Berehova Street, Yuzhne, Odesa Region, Ukraine;

 

Iron ore pellets in the amount of 102,765.082 metric tons, produced and shipped by JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev, currently stored on the premises of TIS-COAL LLC, specifically at the terminal located at: Building 1-Z, 1st Kilometer of the Yuzhny Port Highway, Vyzyrka Village, Odesa Region, Ukraine;

 

Iron ore pellets in the amount of 12,301,697 kg, shipped by JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev, currently stored on the premises of SE “Izmail Sea Commercial Port”, specifically at Warehouse VPK-3, located at: 2 Dunaiska Street, Izmail, Odesa Region, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Assets”).

 

Information on iron or briquettes/pellets

 

At present, matters relating to the further sale of the Assets are being considered in accordance with the Procedure for the Sale of Assets Subject to a Court Decision on the Application of the Sanction Provided for in Paragraph 1¹ of Part One of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 75 dated January 21, 2026.
