Over 652,000 UAH — The Result of Last Weeks Online State Property Lease Auctions

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 35 auctions for concluding state property lease agreements, 27 of which were successful, amounting to 652,493 UAH.

The total value of the assets increased 4.4 times from the initial price.

In total, 48 participants took part in the bidding.

The most expensive lot of the week — a part of a non-residential premises (3,429.0 sq. m.) in the city of Kyiv. The lease cost is 350,000 UAH per month.

Also, 25 auctions were held for the extension of existing lease agreements amounting to 317,839 UAH.

Next, we are working on concluding the agreements and expect payments for the lease of real estate, which will go to the state budget, and therefore — to support the Security and Defense Forces.

This week, we plan to hold 11 auctions for concluding state property lease agreements and 28 auctions for extending state property lease agreements.

The State Property Fund team is working to ensure there are even more successful auctions. After all, all these funds strengthen the economy and defense capabilities of our country.
