14.4 Million UAH: Results of Last Weeks Privatization Auctions

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 13 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, for a total amount of 14.4 million UAH. 72 participants competed for the lots, which ensured an average increase in the value of the properties by 5.5 times.

The most expensive lot last week was an administrative and warehouse complex with a total area of 853 sq. m. in the Lviv region. As a result of competitive bidding involving 17 participants, the price increased from the starting 6,211 UAH to a final 6.2 million UAH.

The second most valuable asset was a complex of buildings and structures in the Lviv region. Its starting price was 7,417 UAH, and based on the auction results, it increased to 3.5 million UAH.

This week, the SPFU (State Property Fund of Ukraine) team plans to hold 43 online privatization auctions.

Among the offers are such assets as:

  • State block of shares amounting to 97.5458% of the JSC "Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Production Plant" (Zaporizhzhia city);

  • Single property complex of the SE "Zarubyntsi Distillery" (Ternopil region);

  • Complex of buildings and structures (2,223.7 sq. m.) (Kirovohrad region);

  • Non-residential building (451.4 sq. m.) (Zhytomyr region);

  • Complex of a former preschool educational institution (Dnipropetrovsk region), and others.

Also, the SPFU's investment menu includes offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular, non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All properties are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location specifically for your business!
