Announcement: Non-residential building in Kharkiv – up for privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a non-residential building with a total area of 3,328.6 m² in the city of Kharkiv. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction date: June 16 

Applications for participation will be accepted until June 15, 8:00 PM.

Starting price: UAH 77,556,114  excluding VAT. 

Location: Kharkiv, 31 Serhii Tymoshenko Street.

The building is located in an area with well-developed logistics infrastructure, near commercial facilities and non-residential buildings. 

The privatization object is a detached two-story non-residential building with a total area of 3,328.6 m². The structure has a robust, solid construction: a concrete foundation, reinforced concrete walls, floors, and staircases. The ceiling height is 6.6 m, which offers significant potential for adapting the property for manufacturing, warehousing, or other commercial purposes. Year of construction: 1982.

The technical condition of the building is unsatisfactory. The building was damaged as a result of armed aggression by the Russian Federation.
