UAH 22.05 million : results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the Privatization Fund team held 6 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system for a total of UAH 22.05 million. 19 participants competed for the lots, which ensured an average increase in the value of the objects by 3.2 times.

The most expensive lot of the past week is non-residential premises on the 8th and 9th floors (870.5 m2) and four garage boxes (91.9 m2) in Kyiv. The winning bid is over UAH 18.1 million . Second place in terms of cost is a part of the premises on the 1st floor of an administrative building in Rivne (61.8 m²), the winning bid as a result of the auction is UAH 2.45 million .

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold 54 online privatization auctions.

Among the proposals are such objects as: Property Complex of SOE “Lviv Scientific Research and Design Institute of Land Management”, non-residential building 3 328.6 m²  (Kharkiv), separate property consisting of buildings and structures (1 726  m²) (Khmelnytskyi region), production buildings (1 289 m²) (Volyn region), SES building (364.1  m²) (Zhytomyr region) and other interesting and promising objects.

Also, in the investment menu of the SPFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose with the most successful location for your business!
