Almost UAH 43.6 million (+ UAH 8.7 million VAT): the result of the privatization auction

The SPFU team   held an auction for the privatization of the SE "Lviv Scientific Research and Design Institute of Land Management". The auction was held in the electronic system @«Prozorro.Sales».

Three participants competed for the ownership of the object. During the auction, thanks to competition, the value increased by 2.6 times: from the initial - UAH 16.3 million , to the winning - almost UAH 43.6 million . In addition, the winner must pay VAT in the amount of UAH 8.7 million . Thus, the total economic effect may amount to UAH 52.3 million .

After full payment of the lot including VAT, the winner of the auction will receive ownership of a single property complex located in the central part of Lviv.  The object includes:

4 real estate and infrastructure (3 831,9 m2);

4 plots of land (0.5474 ha);

3 vehicles;

59 units of movable property.

The conditions of privatization for the new owner: to pay off the debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months, and also not to allow the dismissal of employees during this period.
