ANNOUNCEMENT: objects of unfinished construction - at the privatization auction

The SPFU team announced an online auction for the privatization of unfinished construction objects of a former auxiliary farm in Chernihiv region. The auction will take place in the Prozorro.Sales system.

Auction is June 24th.

Submission deadline: 23 June 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 10 190 552 without VAT.

Location: Chernihiv region, Nedanchychi village, Zahysnykiv Ukrainy Street, houses No. 63E; 63E.

The privatisation object includes:

meat processing plant (602.5 m²) with a construction readiness level of 54%;

repair and technical base for 75 tractors (1,900.8 m²) with a construction readiness level of 58%.

The total area of the objects is over 2 503,3 m², which opens up opportunities for the implementation of production, logistics, warehouse or agricultural projects.
