Land Bank Project: A New Stage of Development

The State Property Fund continues to develop the "Land Bank" project and strengthens the team to implement new tasks in the field of management of state agricultural land.

We maintain a strategic course on creating a transparent and competitive market for the lease of state land, where every hectare works in the interests of the state, communities and the Ukrainian economy.

Today we are strengthening the professional team of the Land Bank and inviting managers, lawyers, specialists in land relations, finance, auditing, compliance and other professionals who share the principles of integrity and are ready to join one of the largest projects for the management of state lands.

The main principles of the project:

Transparency. All land auctions are conducted through open electronic auctions, ensuring fair competition and publicity of processes.

Equal access. State lands are available to all market participants on equal terms - from farms to large agricultural companies.

Economic efficiency. Transparent sub-leasing of state lands provides additional budget revenues, supports the development of the agricultural sector and contributes to the country's economic growth.
