To potential buyers of bauxite and metallurgical alumina
Pursuant to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated April 4, 2025, in Case No. 991/1932/25, assets currently located on the premises of the limited liability company Mykolaiv Alumina Refinery Company Limited and subject to the customs processing regime were forfeited to the state, namely:
- 1) Guinea bauxite, SVK Kindia mining area, inventory number 43000001, in the amount of 111,420.707 metric tons;
- 2) bauxite from Ghana (Bosai Minerals, Awaso mine), inventory number 43000179, in the amount of 69,358.392 metric tons;
- 3) bauxite from Brazil (Alcoa), Juruti mining area, inventory number 43000286, in the amount of 18,748.237 metric tons;
- 4) bauxite from Guinea (Dian-Dian), Dian-Dian mining area, inventory number 43000316, in the amount of 124,279.325 metric tons;
- 5) bauxite from Brazil (MRN), Trombetas mine, inventory number 43000003, in the amount of 117,566.017 metric tons;
- 6) metallurgical alumina, inventory number 00000001000001, in the amount of 50,238.533 metric tons;
- 7) metallurgical alumina, inventory number 00000001000001, in the amount of 1,595.430 metric tons;
- 8) metallurgical alumina, inventory number 00000001000001, in the amount of 9,067.166 metric tons;
- 9) spent alumina, inventory number 00000811002000, in the amount of 1,375.073 metric tons;
- 10) spent alumina, inventory number 00000811002000, in the amount of 21,990.421 metric tons;
- 11) processed alumina, inventory number 00000811002000, in the amount of 6,805.824 metric tons;
- 12) processed alumina, inventory number 00000811002000, in the amount of 11,896.200 metric tons;
- 13) processed alumina, inventory number 00000811002000, in the amount of 7,696.188 metric tons (hereinafter referred to as the “Assets”).
Currently, matters are being addressed regarding the further disposal of the Assets in accordance with the Procedure for the Disposal of Assets Subject to a Court Ruling on the Imposition of Sanctions, as provided for in paragraph 1¹ of Part 1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions,” approved by Resolution No. 75 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 21, 2026.
