Over UAH 665,000 – the result of last weeks online auctions for the lease of state property

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 28 auctions for the conclusion of lease agreements for state property, 22 of which were concluded for a total of UAH 665,104. 

The total value of the assets increased 4.4 times from the starting price. 

A total of 33 participants took part in the auctions.

The most expensive lot of the week was a group of properties in the Ternopil region.  The monthly rent is UAH 482,000.

Additionally, 16 auctions were held to extend existing lease agreements totaling UAH 110,535.

The team is currently processing the execution of the agreements and awaiting lease payments for the real estate properties. These funds will be directed to the State Budget, directly supporting the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

This week, the State Property Fund plans to conduct 15 auctions for new state property lease agreements and 17 auctions for the extension of existing state property leases.

The State Property Fund remains committed to increasing the number of successful auctions, as these financial revenues consistently strengthen the national economy and the defense capabilities of the country.
