UAH 12.2 million for reconstruction: The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully sold sanctioned assets belonging to enemies

We continue to convert the assets of enemies and collaborators into resources for rebuilding our country. At the latest online auctions on the Prozorro.Sales platform, we put sanctioned property up for auction. Bidders competed for four cars and two apartments, with the starting price for all lots totaling over UAH 9.2 million.

As a result of this transparent bidding process, we raised UAH 12.2 million—all of which will be allocated to the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of Armed Aggression.

The most expensive lot was the apartment belonging to Russian propagandist and designer Artemy Lebedev. The starting price for the two-level, three-bedroom apartment with an area of 193 m² on Saksahanskoho Street was UAH 7.07 million, excluding VAT. The property includes an entry hall with a living room, a bedroom, offices, a kitchen, several bathrooms, storage rooms, and balconies. Two bidders competed for the lot. The winner was Dita Commodities Limited Liability Company, with a final bid of nearly UAH 8.4 million.

The real estate belonging to collaborator Natalia Pashchenko, the so-called “Minister of Health” in the occupied Luhansk region, was also sold today. Her two-room apartment, with an area of 49 m², in Irpin was put up for auction with a starting price of UAH 1.08 million, excluding VAT. Twenty-two bidders competed for this lot. The apartment was purchased by LLC "REAL ESTATE-LAW AND ORDER"  for UAH 2.4 million.

As for the Toyota cars that previously belonged to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, they have also found new owners. The starting price began at UAH 262,100. The total proceeds from the auction for these four lots amounted to nearly UAH 1.4 million.

What are the next steps? We sign the purchase and sale agreements only after the winning bidders have paid the full price for their lots. According to the auction rules, they have 25 business days to do so. As soon as the funds are received, they will immediately be transferred to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
