July Results: Outcomes of Online State Property Lease Auctions

During the month, the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 111 online auctions for concluding state property lease agreements, 84 of which were successful. As a result, the lease value reached 1,022,845 UAH.

  • On average, following the bidding results, the lease value increased 2.9 times from the starting price.

  • In total, 111 participants took part in the auctions, demonstrating a stable interest from businesses in state property.

The most expensive lot of the month was a lease object in the village of Zarubyntsi, Ternopil region. According to the bidding results, the monthly rent amounted to 482,000 UAH.

Also, during the month, 58 auctions were held for the extension of existing lease agreements for a total amount of 616,015 UAH.

Next, we are working on concluding the agreements and expect the receipt of lease payments into the state budget. These funds are directed to support Ukraine's economy and finance the Security and Defense Forces.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine team continues to effectively manage state assets and attract new tenants. Every successful auction means additional budget revenues and a contribution to strengthening the country's economic resilience.
