July Privatization Results: Competition Increases the Sale Price of State Assets
Throughout July, the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 52 successful online privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, with a total starting price of 57.1 million UAH.

185 participants competed for state assets during these auctions, and the total winning bids to be paid by the winners to the state budget amount to 122.8 million UAH.

On average, the sale price of privatization objects during the auctions increased by 2.15 times compared to the starting price.
The most expensive lot in July was an unfinished construction object located in the city of Rivne. Following the auction results, the sale price of the property increased 55 times: from an initial 0.45 million UAH to a winning bid of 25 million UAH.
During July, the Fund held 6 auctions for the sale of sanctioned assets, with 37 participants taking part. Based on the bidding results, the total amount of winning bids exceeds 12 million UAH.
As of today, the Fund has already announced 90 privatization auctions worth 107.8 million UAH in the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system, scheduled to take place in August.
Every privatization auction represents efficient management of state property, attraction of investments, entrepreneurship development, and additional revenues for the state budget of Ukraine.
