Another Successful Privatization Auction: SPC of SoE "Grain Base No. 77" Finds an Investor

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has successfully held an online auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the state enterprise "Grain Base No. 77", confirming the high interest of investors in state assets.

Address: Odesa region, Berezivka district, Ivanivka village.

Property Details: The complex includes buildings and structures with a total area of 22,008.2 sq. m., located on 2 land plots with a total area of 7.1854 hectares, as well as 27 units of vehicles and special equipment.

Auction Results:

• Starting price: 2,445,250 UAH.

• Participants: 5 bidders competed for the right to acquire the property.

• Final price: As a result of active competition, the final price increased to 5,725,000 UAH.

• Growth: This means that the value of the property increased by more than 2.35 times compared to the starting price.

A large-scale complex with a developed material and technical base opens up broad opportunities for implementing investment projects. The new owner will be able to use it to develop production, create a logistics or warehouse center, an enterprise for the storage or processing of agricultural products, a distribution center, or implement other business ideas.

In addition to the final price, the auction winner will also pay 20% VAT, which will provide additional revenues to the state budget.
