JSC "Sumykhimprom": The Date of the Privatization Auction Has Been Determined

The State Property Fund of Ukraine continues preparations for the privatization of one of the largest chemical industry enterprises in the country.

According to the results of the auction commission meeting, the electronic auction for the sale of the state block of shares amounting to 99.9952% of the authorized capital of JSC "Sumykhimprom" will take place on October 13, 2026.

Starting price — 1,005,020,469 UAH.

JSC "Sumykhimprom" specializes in the production of phosphate mineral fertilizers, titanium dioxide, industrial pigments, sulfuric acid, and other chemical products.

Why is this asset interesting to an investor?

Along with the block of shares, the investor receives one of the largest production complexes in the Ukrainian chemical industry:

64 real estate and infrastructure objects with a total area of 462,256.7 sq. m. — production, warehouse, and administrative buildings, railway infrastructure, a depot, a recreation center, a sanatorium-preventorium, a health camp, a hotel, and other facilities.

44 land plots with a total area of 637.6 hectares, creating opportunities for the development of production and the implementation of new investment projects.

A powerful production complex with developed engineering and transport infrastructure, which has significant potential for modernization and an increase in production capacities.

The enterprise employs 456 workers, which provides an opportunity to preserve human resource potential and ensure the further development of production.

The privatization of "Sumykhimprom" is not just the sale of a state asset. It is an opportunity to attract a strategic investor who will modernize production, create new jobs, increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian chemical industry, and serve as a signal to other investors that Ukraine is open to large-scale investments even during the war.

Funds from privatization go to the state budget and are directed towards financing the priority needs of the state, in particular, strengthening its defense capabilities.
