State Asset in Odesa Region Sold for 72.1 Million UAH

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has successfully held an online privatization auction for the single property complex of SE "South-Ukrainian State Production Enterprise for Engineering Surveys for Construction".

  •  Starting price: 44.1 million UAH

  •  Winning bid: 72.1 million UAH

  •  Growth: As a result of the auction, the asset's value increased by 28 million UAH compared to the starting price.

Upon full payment for the property, the buyer will receive 37 real estate units with a total area of over 5.4 thousand sq. m., located in Odesa and Izmail, as well as vehicles and other movable property.

Property Details:

  •  Odesa: Non-residential premises of a production building measuring 2,808.3 sq. m and non-residential buildings measuring 2,336.5 sq. m.

  •  Izmail: Buildings and structures with a total area of 254.5 sq. m.

 The scale and composition of the asset create broad opportunities for the investor: accommodating manufacturing, warehouse, office, or service facilities, developing commercial real estate, and launching new business projects.
