New Opportunities for Investors: A State Asset Has a New Owner

The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully held an online auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the state-owned enterprise “Center for Scientific and Technical Information and Promotion of Innovative Development of Ukraine.”

The company’s registered address is 180 Antonovycha St., Kyiv.

The starting price was UAH 576,013.

Twenty-two participants competed for the asset.

As a result of the competitive bidding, the highest bid reached UAH 20.5 million—more than 35 times the starting price.

In addition, the auction winner will pay 20% VAT — UAH 4.1 million — which will provide additional revenue to the state budget.

What the new owner receives:

administrative and educational premises with an area of 261.6 m² in Ivano-Frankivsk;

two garages with a total area of 74.3 m² in Bila Tserkva;

a land plot with an area of 0.0941 ha in Bila Tserkva;

three vehicles;

16 items of movable property.

This result demonstrates strong investor interest in state-owned assets that include real estate, land resources, and the infrastructure needed for further development.

The new owner will have the opportunity to determine the most effective model for utilizing these assets—ranging from real estate development and the creation of commercial spaces to the implementation of their own business project.

The auction winner will also pay 20% VAT on the final price, which will generate additional revenue for the state budget.

Privatization opens up new opportunities for investors, promotes the efficient use of state property, and creates new economic value.
