On September 29, the State Property Fund of Ukraine invites investors to participate in an online auction for the privatization of the sProperty Complex of SOE “Gannopil Alcohol Plant”  in Khmelnytskyi Region.

The property includes:

▪️ buildings and structures of the plant and its auxiliary facilities;

▪️ production equipment;

▪️ real estate with a total area of 10,208.2 m²;

▪️ land plots with a total area of 16.1146 hectares.

The enterprise has not been engaged in production activities since 2011. At the same time, the complex includes a significant amount of real estate, land resources, and production equipment, which opens up opportunities for new uses of the asset.
