Property Complex Up for Privatization: Veterinary Medicine Buildings

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put a real estate complex up for privatization auction, consisting of the buildings of a district veterinary hospital and auxiliary structures.

What is included in the property:

• a single-story main building of the district veterinary hospital with an area of 94.3 m²;

• the main building of the veterinary hospital with an area of 103.5 m²;

• two barns with areas of 25.9 m² and 9.6 m².

The property includes buildings with various functional purposes, which may be of interest for business activities following acquisition and appropriate renovation.

Starting price — UAH 32,459

Auction date — October 2, 2026
