September Recap: Results of Online Auctions for the Lease of State Property

Over the course of the month, the State Property Fund of Ukraine team conducted 133 online auctions for the conclusion of lease agreements for state property, 77 of which were successful. As a result, the total lease value reached UAH 1,086,793.

On average, the lease price increased by a factor of 1.98 compared to the starting price.

A total of 104 participants took part in the auctions, indicating sustained business interest in state property.

The most expensive lot of the month was a rental property in Kyiv. Following the auction, the monthly rent amounted to UAH 288,000.

Additionally, 76 auctions were held during the month to extend existing lease agreements for a total amount of UAH 1,238,083.

We are now working on finalizing the contracts and expect the rent payments to be remitted to the state budget. These funds are directed toward supporting Ukraine’s economy and financing the security and defense forces.

The team at the State Property Fund of Ukraine continues to effectively manage state assets and attract new tenants. Every successful auction means additional revenue for the budget and contributes to strengthening the country’s economic stability.
