Meeting with Potential Investors: Presentation of the Asset Pool of Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC

The State Property Fund of Ukraine invites potential investors and buyers to attend the presentation of the asset pool of Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC and a meeting on the eve of the electronic auction.

What is being offered for sale: a pool of assets consisting of the 100% state share in the authorized capital of Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC and claims against the company, which were forfeited to the state pursuant to a decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

To ensure maximum transparency and facilitate discussion of the details, a presentation of the asset pool of Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC and a meeting with potential investors and buyers will take place on October 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Fund’s premises (Kyiv, 18/9 General Almazov St., first floor), there will be a presentation of the asset pool of Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC and a meeting with potential investors and buyers.
