JSC “UMCC” doesn’t sell our products to “Krymskyi Titan”

Information shared with the media that JSC “United Mechanical and Chemical Company” sells the ilmenites concentrate from Irshansk MPP which is a branch of JSC “UMCC”, to enterprise “Krymskyi Titan” (Armiansk town, Crimea, the territory temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation) if false. Peter Davis, Acting Head of the Board of JSC “UMCC”, said about this.

“As I said earlier, the ilmenites concentrate from Irshansk MPP, which is mentioned in the fake news, was realized to German counteragent. The counteragent fulfilled obligations to UMCC in full. From the sale of these products, it was received 10 million UAH more than under contracts signed by the previous management. Beside, the new contract reduced the grace period from 120 to 15 days. Shearing a fake information that UMCC conducts business with “Krymskyi Titan” or any other companies, placed on the territory temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, is a part of  paid information campaign aimed at destabilization of UMCC and hinder the process of preparing an enterprise for privatization”, Peter Davis noted.
