The leadership of the State Property Fund provided explanations to the labor collective and veterans of the State Enterprise “Agricultural Plant “Pushcha-Vodytsia” regarding land allocation

On September 3, 2020 the leadership of the State Property Fund of Ukraine held a meeting with a labor collective and veterans of the State Enterprise “Agricultural Plant “Pushcha-Vodytsia”concerns allocation of land during the privatization process.

Deputies Head of the Fund Taras Yeleyko and Denis Kudin informed a labor collective that the protection of labor collectives’ interests of agricultural enterprises will be provided by the Law on amendments to some legislative acts to ensure the rights of employees of state and communal agricultural enterprises, institutions, organizations for obtaining a land share (share). The draft of this Law was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the first reading and is being prepared for consideration in the second ones.

The State Property Fund informed to the labor collective of the State Enterprise “Agricultural Plant “Pushcha-Vodytsia”and other labor collectives of agricultural enterprises about what to adoption of this Law, which protects the rights and interests of employees and veterans of enterprises there will not be action to allocation of the land.
