The State Property Fund has published a new version of the draft Law, which aims to improve the legislation on the lease of state property

In June 2020, the State Property Fund of Ukraine published on its website for public discussion a draft law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Improvement of the State Policy of Management and Privatization of State and Communal Property, and Institutional Principles of the State Property Fund of Ukraine ".

Among other things, the draft law proposes to amend the laws on rent and privatization of state and municipal property.

Since this publication, the State Property Fund of Ukraine has received proposals from various stakeholders from investors, business and government, such as Prozorro.Sales, the American Chamber of Commerce, the European Business Association (EBA), Association of Stevedoring Companies of Odessa Seaport, Ministry of Economy, Association of Ukrainian Cities.
