Announced a transparent privatization auction of the next object of SOE “Ukrspyrt” - place of activity “Lopatyn”

On September 28, 2020, the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced the privatization auction of place of activity “Lopatyn”, which will take place in one month - on October 28, 2020.

Thus, the State Property Fund continues to put up for transparent privatization auctions the objects of SOE “Ukrspyrt”as part of the demonopolization of the spirit industry.

Place of activity “Lopatyn”is an object of the state owned enterprise “Ukrspyrt”and is located at 11, Zavodska St.,  Lopatyn small town, Radekhivsky district, Lviv region.

The starting price of this object is 18 million, 735 thousand 537 UAH (excluding VAT), and the final, market price of the asset will be determined by the participants of the transparent auction during competitive online bidding.
