The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine draws attention that it is necessary to receive permission for concentration in cases provided by law on concentration concerning e-auctions of the SOE “Ukrspyrt” ’s objects

According to the  Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine’s official position, the SOE “Ukrspyrt” ’s objects buyers have to obtain permission on concentration in cases provided by law on protection of economic competition.

The appropriate application on receiving permission may be submitted to the ACU no later than thirty days from the winner announcement date  if the other is not provided by the law.
