  Today, on November, 3, the State Property Fund held an e-auction for the lease of 8 sq. m. on the first floor of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Interior in Zvenyhorodka town, Cherkasy region.
  Two bidders - two banks - competed for the lot with a starting rental price of UAH 96.62 per month.
  As a result of an active, competitive and transparent auction, the lease price of the object increased in almost 200 times and amounted to UAH 19,080.
