Kozlivske Operating Location and Spirit Storage (object of SE “Ukrspyrt”) has privatized for UAH 59 000 000

An auction on the property sale of the Kozlivske Operating Location and Spirit Storage of the SE "Ukrspyrt" was held on Friday, November 13.

Two companies competed for the privatization object at the transparent auction. During the auction, the starting price of the alcohol asset, located at distance 30 km from Ternopil, has increased in 1.6 times – from UAH 37.6 million to UAH 59 mil The next step will be the signing of a protocol on the results of the auction, the conclusion of a contract of sale and payment.

After that, the privatization process of Kozlivske Operating Location and Spirit Storage of the SE "Ukrspyrt" will be officially considered as completed.

The new owner of the asset will receive, in particular, an alcohol workshop, an alcohol store, a production laboratory, a malt department and a starch workshop.

This is the 8th object of the alcohol industry for    attracting a private investor by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

It will be recalled that on November 12, 2020, an auction was held to privatize the Marylivka Operating Location and Spirit Storage from the list of Ukrspyrt facilities.

The final price of the asset was UAH 120,000,00. It is a record in the privatization of alcohol facilities.
