Leasing price of a workshop located on the territory of the Odesa Sea Trade port has been increased to UAH 165 thousand

On November, 2020, an online auction was held for the lease of production and administrative premises of the workshop with a total area of 4,791.50 sq. m., placed on the territory of the Odesa Sea Trade Port.

3 participants took part in the competitive online auction, as a result of which the price of the lot increased from UAH 149,576 to UAH 165,000.

Under the terms of the lease, the winner of the auction, Brooklyn-Kiev LLC, receives this public real estate object for lease for a period of 5 years with the ability to use it for any purpose.

According to the Procedure for Leasing State and Communal Property, an auction winner has 3 working days to sign the protocol and 20 working days to conclude a lease agreement from the day following the day the protocol on the auction results is drawn up.

The lease agreement with the auction winner will be concluded if he pays the following payments within the specified period:

• advance in the amount of lease payment for 2 months (including VAT);

• security deposit in the amount of 2 months lease payment (excluding VAT).

Totally it is about UAH 726 thousand.

If the winner does not make these payments on time, the right to lease the premises will pass to another bidder, namely Ferakont LLC, whose price offer was the next largest and amounts to UAH 160,000.

The new leasing rules enable everyone to participate in and win auctions. For rent through online auctions, both small areas from 2 square meters (for the placement of coffee machines or ATMs) and large industrial facilities with an area of several thousand square meters are available. Large areas can be used for the implementation of large-scale production or transport and logistics business projects.
